The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the 51ÊÓÆµ and the Prince Edward Island Humane Society (PEIHS) have partnered on a new study that will examine how early adoption age impacts kitten health and behaviour.

Over the past two years, researchers at 51ÊÓÆµ have garnered more than $1.6 million in discovery and discovery development grants from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).

In an update that was emailed on July 19, 2022, faculty and staff were advised that University negotiating teams have been collective bargaining over the last ten weeks with the 51ÊÓÆµ Faculty Association (51ÊÓÆµFA), IBEW 1928, and CUPE 1870.
