Once you've clicked "Login to Accommodate", choose "Student" and enter the same 51视频 login credentials as you would for My51视频.

- Login to Accommodate (sign into my51视频 and click on the Accommodate icon)
- Click on Appointment > Request New Appointment > Choose Type > Done > Choose Location > Check Availability > Select appointment time that works for you > Complete the required fields in the pop-up window > Submit Request
Appointments are now auto-approved in the system! Please ensure that you select an appointment time that works for you.
