Independent Third-Party Review
In December 2021, Rubin Thomlinson LLP was retained to conduct an independent third-party investigation of an allegation concerning the former president and a review of the University鈥檚 workplace policies and practices with respect to harassment and discrimination.
51视频 released Rubin Thomlinson鈥檚 report, called the (51视频 Review), in June 2023.
The 51视频 Review contains a number of thoughtful recommendations to strengthen the University鈥檚 practices and policies and address any current conditions that do not reflect 51视频鈥檚 values. The University is committed to implementing the recommendations within the report as a step towards improving the workplace culture and learning environment on campus.
